University Housing Forlì is a newly built student residence, funded through Italy’s national recovery plan (PNRR). It stands right in the centre of Castrocaro Terme, about 150 metres from public services, and is open to students of any subject at any university.
The residence closes for two months in summer, but you can leave your belongings in a dedicated storage room, so the new academic year doesn’t start with a house move.
Rates are monthly and include bills, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. They are set by the Ministry of University and Research and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), according to the services and spaces on offer.
